A Collaborator is another user of Nudge who you can connect with to see their contacts and the strength of their relationships.
You must invite another Nudge user to collaborate and have them accept your invitation OR accept an invitation from another user. Only invite people to collaborate if you are comfortable sharing this level of personal information with them.
How to Connect with a Collaborator
This is an “Invite to Collaborate” card.
Currently there is only one way to connect with a collaborator (see collaborator card above).
- You will see the “Invite to Collaborate” card show up in your Network News Feed.
- Click on the profile image of the contact you would like to invite to collaborate.
- Click the “Invite to Collaborate” button.
- Write a personalized message as to why you would like to collaborate and click “Send Invite” button.
- They will receive the invite by email with the option to accept your invitation. You will be notified by email if they accept.
Where You’ll See Collaborators
You will see collaborators throughout Nudge once they accept your invitation.
Network News Feed - Contact Cards
If any of your collaborators have a relationship with your contact, you will see their profile image displayed on Contact Cards in the Network News Feed under “Strongest Collaborators.” If you click on the collaborators profile image, you can see how strong their relationship is with that contact.
Example: My collaborator “Steve Woods” has a Very Strong relationship with my contact “Jamie Shanks.”
Company Pages - My Collaborators
You can easily see the strength of your collaborators relationship with any contacts at a specific company by viewing the “My Collaborators” tab on any Company Page. Here you will see the strength of your collaborators relationship with people in your network and people from your collaborators network (outside of yours) who work at this company.
Example: My collaborator “Paul Teshima” has a Very Strong relationship with “Ralf Riekers” from the company “Top Hat.”
