I’m having trouble logging in

If you are having trouble logging into to the Nudge App, please look at a list of potential issues below.

Go to app.neednudge.com to login on your desktop OR open up the Android or iPhone app on your mobile device

I don’t have the Android app?

  • Go to our page on Google Play and download the app

I don’t have an iPhone app?

  • Go to our page on the AppStore and download the app

I have forgotten my password

  • If you have forgotten your password, AND created an account using the Email option - please use “Forgot Password”, and you will receive an email from Nudge with instructions on how to reset your password

I clicked on “Forgot Password” but did not receive an email?

  • Most likely you did not use the “Email” option to setup your account. You used a 3rd party authentication like: Google, Facebook, Linkedin to create your account. Try a 3rd party authentication to login.
